A wilder take on the iconic whisky cocktail

Secha de la Silva

demerara sugar

Angostura & Orange bitters
Préparation du cocktail
Muddle the sugar and bitters together in a mixing glass, then add ice and Secha de la Silva, stirring together to chill and dilute. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, and garnish with an orange twist.
